Delete your data.
You have the right to request deletion of the personal data SEE Venues holds about you. This page explains how to make that request and what we remove across our systems. It complements our privacy policy.
How to request deletion
Email us at Info@see-venues.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. We will confirm receipt and complete your request within 30 days.
What to include
So we can locate and verify your record, please tell us the name, email address, and phone number you used when you enquired with us. We may ask a follow-up question to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
On a verified request, we remove the personal data we hold about you from each system we use:
- Odoo — your enquiry record in our customer relationship system.
- Email — the internal enquiry notifications sent to our events team.
- PostHog — your analytics and session-insight data, where it can be identified to you.
- Meta — we send Meta a request to delete data shared with them via the Conversions API and Pixel for advertising measurement.
We may retain a minimal record where UAE accounting, tax, or legal obligations require it; where that applies, we will tell you what is kept and why.
Self-serve options
You can also withdraw consent for analytics and marketing at any time via in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage for this site. This stops future collection but does not delete records already created — for that, email us as above.
